We select the computer-controlled horizontal tempering furnace made by GLASSTECH company and Finland TAM company, matching the new craft of convective air stream heating from the top

to ensure the crushing stress on the surface of toughened glass and half-toughened glass to measure up to international standards.

Not only do we have toughening and heat treatment for plain glass, but also have toughening and half-toughening treatment for Low-E glass, LVC glass and other special glass. In this way, we can ensure the good planeness and safety of the glass.

Meanwhile, in order to meet customers' demands, we have selected the igniting furnace for tempered glass and ignite the nickel purite crystals in glass which is likely to have phase change and burst out by explosion prevention in the furnace to avoid the spontaneous detonation defect of tempered glass in many cases.
